This is (a replica of) the brig Pilgrim used by Richard Henry Dana. Or, as the kids and I call it, “The pirate ship, AAAAARGHH!!!!”

  • My daughter has nothing but horrid memories of the night her class spent on that ship. Rumor was, if you disobeyed the captain you had to eat an onion (ARRRRRRRGH!). She couldn’t stand all the yelling, even though the captain wasn’t yelling at her.

    Piracy’s not for everyone, I suppose.
