The BBC series of Pride and Prejudice has been a favorite of the female members of my family since the first time it aired on TV. I love the period costumes and the cast. The recent movie with ms Knightly is really good too. Hard to say which one is more accurate to the period. Happy TT! :)

The 1996 BBC version of Pride & Prejudice was excellent. So much so that I haven't bothered with the subsequent version -- it would only be an anti climax.

Do you mean the Johnny Depp version of Sweeney Todd? We rented that without realizing it was a musical. It came as a nasty shock. We gave up after about ten minutes.

I just blogged about Harold and Kumar earlier this week! It was awful, although I must say there was a great moment with the shrooms and the unicorn in the cab. (I realize that makes no sense, but it really DOES. Ask Kumar.)

I had no interest in the Sponge Bob movie until the kids got it from Netflix, now we own it. I LOOOOVE THAT MOVIE.

Flight of the Conchords: totally agree. Five thumbs up.

The Savages: someone please stab my eyes out. I suffered way more than the dysfunctional clowns in that film. Couldn't even finish it. Sorry.

Two outta three!
