This is School Work?

Little No Limit came home with this from preschool. I’m open minded and all, but, really, “Skulls”?

This picture submitted to Magic Marker Monday.

On another note, I have been heavily medicated and off my feet due to a bad MRSA infection and hope to have a jolly good post about it later this week.

On a final note, THANK YOU!!!! To Calista of Can I Get A Witness?, who awarded me this:

kreativ blogger

I would like to spread the love and award these fine ladies:

  • Oh, too funny! I think I would have had the same reaction — ummmm… what about cute little Halloween kitties for pre-school or something? :D

Little No Limit did a LOVELY job of coloring though — such a great variety in color choice — very nice work!

Oh, and I hope you recover quickly! So very glad you joined MMM this week!

  • And of all things, they used Comic Sans MS. I’d have skulls to count too if I had to subject people to such a terrible typeface day in and day out.

  • Seriously, skulls? In preschool? Their smiles aren’t bad if you just look straight at them, and she did a great job of coloring them, which is what matters, right? I hope you feel better very soon.

  • The manicorn has many capablities not possessed by the common “man” such as the ability to start the dishwasher, and refold the hand towel.

I look forward to the MRSA post, really I do, I may have to see that post and raise you one. I got a S.T.O.R.Y for that topic!

    I lurve your blog!

  • Gee, I’m surprised some religious fanatics haven’t tried a coup to stop the teaching of death at the preschool level. What next? Teaching witchcraft rituals?

Thank you for the award. It just goes to show you really don’t get out much.

  • Well, it is Halloween season after all…If she would have brought this home a month ago or 4 months from now, then I might get concerned! I do, however, understand your reaction.

  • Yippee, an award! Thank you!!

And the skulls thing threw me too — until I realized what time of year it was. I have no time for Halloween this year — isn’t that sad?

  • There’s lots of happier fall-themed items, so I don’t get this. Though it could lead to a CSI-like follow-up question…
