Ew! Ew, ew, ew! I guess if there was a need for that sign then I hope people are actually reading it and complying!
Maybe they had a lot of Mexicans coming through? It IS translated into Spanish. In Mexico (and many other countries) their toilet system isn’t set up to hold toilet paper, so you have to put it in the trash instead.
In one of my previous places of employment, we had this problem. That picture brought back a lot of painful memories. It’s hard to talk about it.
I like Ronnica’s explanation. I got no other explanation for it.
Maybe they were sticking it to their shoes.
I guess I don’t need to ask the obvious question?
