That looks painful. I had eczema when I was young (in the dark ages) but not that bad. It was pretty maddening-itchy, though. Since more traditional things aren't working, maybe you'd be open to trying something "new age." I know these things work. (I do reiki) Check out Dennis Puffet at this site: http://www.healinghaven.com.au/MessageofHope.htm He works for free and he is incredible. Even if you don't believe in it or think it's crazy, it's free... just an email to him... and it might help. Agh. That looks painful. He used to find the comments people made about it as irritating as the condition itself. (Everyone has a remedy they're sure you haven't tried -- right?) In Japan, they call it atopi and many people are affected by it. I knew one kid who had this horribly; by the time he started junior high, it had vanished. Two of mine kids have suffered with it too. The worst was my eldest who would scratch to bleeding every night in his sleep when he was a toddler/preschooler.
