Aaaaahh! That was sudden.
I don’t ever want to pressure anyone to stay a blogger because I know how it interferes with other things, so I won’t do that. But I will miss you.
I hope you finish your novel and it is a big, big success.
Oh nooooo! Well, I’ve always enjoyed your blog entries. I wish you all the best.
Wishing you the best here as well.
whoa, what precipitated this?
good luck.
Would it be wholly unfair of me to feel abandoned when, indeed, I abandoned you on August 6th?
Fairness, be damned. I feel abandoned.
(and let’s email instead)
we’ll miss ya!
I’m sad for me. Glad for you. Here’s hoping you’re totally happy and at peace with what the future holds for you.
I kind of understand.
What? No! You can’t do this! How about a couple of encores at the very least?
Quite seriously, I do understand what you are doing. You’ve got enough for a novel and then some, and that’s what you should be concentrating on, so in a way, I applaud your decision as much as I regret it.
And I’ve lined up some people who would no doubt love to correspond with you and help you out with ideas for your novel, so I will be e-mailing you about them!
Wha??????
I’ll always think of you when I drive by Coconuts.
Farewell my Internets friend, and good luck.
A bit of Grateful Dead to say goodbye huh? (long strange trip). You need to do what you need to do. But I’ll keep you on my bloglines because sometimes we decide to come back.
Ah, geez! I’m sorry to have that.
You have my email address. Keep using it. And I’ll miss reading you.
It was fun while it lasted! I’ll miss you and your AAARRRRRGGGHHH pirate talk. You made me smile, if only for awhile.
Much peace to you. And writing time. So I’ll be looking for your work on my nearest bookstore soon.
That was sudden! Best of luck with everything. I really enjoyed reading you.
I’ll miss the laughs.
Best of luck to you.
But…but…but…Think of the postcards!…And Elvis… And…sigh.
Good luck to you!
Oh noes! You were one of my faves. Seriously. And we need to swap stories. I tried to find you on nanowrimo but couldn’t. So, throw me a bone here.
And because I can’t resist…
Goodbye Joe, me gotta go, me oh my oh…
I, too, am sad for me but happy for you. I can totally relate and wish you all the best.
WHA?? Was it something I didn’t say?
Ok I admit it, I’ve lurked. A lot. But…no more Elvis postcards? No more bizarre youtube? AUGH!
Well, all the best. Let me know when your book comes out.
ah, now i guess we’ll have to stick to email to keep in touch! that’s cool, i like email. i can write a lot of email. yay for email!
Very sorry to see you go!! Perhaps you will change your mind and come back after a respite . . . it does get to be a grind sometimes, doesn’t it?
Thanks for hosting the Carnival of Family Life and doing such a fabulous job! If you decide to return and want to host again, just drop me a line!!
Best to you in all of your endeavors!
I drop out for a awhile over the holidays and this is what happens??
Was it something I said?
Well whatever the reason I’ll miss you.
Aw, man! You were one of the few who’s humor was a quirky as mine.
I’ll be emailing you. Much love!
Alas, poor Riley, we hardly knew you. Just as I was made aware of your blog, you’ve stopped it. Hopefully you will change your mind and/or any situation inhibitng you, and do so with haste.
I totally understand. Sorry I lurked more than I commented. I will miss your posts, you always made me laugh.
I miss you. I hope you’re writing.
